How do I shop on ShoppingEast.com?
You can use a number of ways to find the things you want at ShoppingEast.com.

Browse Categories:
 
On the top left of the screen there are categories to BROWSE through the products on the site. You can choose to browse by categories or sub-categories.
 
Search:
Using the Search box at the middle left of the screen, you can type in product names or descriptions and click on .
 
You can select the specific category before you type the words to search and it will be more efficiency.
 
You can also click on “Advanced search” button and go to the advanced search page to find the things you want.
 
Once you have selected a category to view, carry on as follows:
1. Choose an item you want to find out more about by clicking on the name or picture.
2. This will bring up a page showing the item in greater detail. Click on the picture or on the “View larger image” button again for a larger view.
3. Click on the 'Add to cart' button to add the item to your cart.
4. Where asked, select your options, such as color or size.
5. You can change the quantity of each item in the box behind “Quantity”.
6. Repeat steps 1-5 to find and select further products.
7. Click on “View cart” or “Checkout” buttons to view the items you have selected. You can remove items or change the quantity of each item on this page.

 
Are ShoppingEast.com products available internationally?
ShoppingEast.com products are only available online through our website at www.shoppingeast.com. No separate stores are available to buy ShoppingEast products.
 
Where are ShoppingEast’s manufacturing facilities?
ShoppingEast.com does not have a company owned production unit. We are constantly working on adding new products to the site keeping in mind various requests from patrons all across the world. We source our products from some very good and reliable vendors since we are an extremely quality-conscious company.
 
How will I know if my order has been received?
During the payment process you will be given a confirmation that your credit card has been successfully processed. You will also be sent a copy of the invoice generated, through an email from ShoppingEast.com.
 
How do I check my order status?
We will send you an email with the tracking details for your order. You will be able to track your order with the same.
 
Is it safe to use my credit card online at ShoppingEast.com?
All transactions on ShoppingEast.com are absolutely safe. We route our payments through PayPal that keeps your financial information safe. Plus, at PayPal you are completely protected against unauthorized payments sent from your account. Once a shopper decides to buy products on ShoppingEast.com he is directed to the payment gateway to make the payment. PayPal in turn is a secure site with VERISIGN. It secures your private information using a VERISIGN SSL Certificate. The PayPal site you will be directed to, has an address beginning with https which means it is encrypted using SSL before transmission hence all your information is safe.
 
What if the item is out of stock?
We try to make sure that all products displayed on the site are available in stock. And we make sure that when products are unavailable, we will mark them as “out of stock”. However, there may be times when unexpected demands exceed our supply. If you place an order for an item that is not in stock, we will inform you through an email and credit your credit card or would allow you to place a new order for that product.
 
Do I have to sign up for a ShoppingEast.com account to buy something at ShoppingEast.com?
You can buy and checkout on ShoppingEast.com as guest, but you should provide your contact information, billing address and shipping address when check out through steps. In order to help you get better services, we strongly recommend you to create an account on ShoppingEast.com when you place an order.

How is my order shipped?
All ShoppingEast.com orders are shipped door to door from our warehouse in Shanghai, China to the provided shipping address.
 
Will I be charged for custom charges in case of international shipping?
We make every effort that our customers don’t have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional duties or taxes are assessed, the customer will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we use reputed courier companies to clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay directly at the time of delivery.
 
How long will it take to receive my order?
We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. We usually take 7 to 10 days to deliver the ordered products anywhere in the world. In case the item ordered is under production it may take longer to process the order. In such cases we keep you posted through email.
 
Which countries do you ship to?
We make deliveries all over the world.
 
Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping address?
We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship them to different people, please treat these as separate orders.
 
Can my order ship to a Post Office Box?
We do not deliver to P.O Boxes, APO/ FPO addresses. You must include full address details including a street address for the shipping address.
 
 
Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
Once we receive your order, we ship within one day of receiving the order. If you would like to change your shipping address for an order that you have already placed, we will try to accommodate your request if we still have the package in our possession. Please contact us or email us with your requested change and we will send you an email reply to confirm if we were able to make the change. Please note that if we are unable to change the address for an order placed, we will inform you through an email.
 
Why was my package undeliverable?
The courier company will attempt to make the delivery 3 times at the delivery address specified by you in the order, before they contact us that your package is not deliverable. If you have not received the package, you can track the package through the tracking details emailed to you. If the package status is shown as undeliverable please call the Courier Company at their provided numbers and quote your tracking number to trace your package.

Here are some reasons why your package may be determined undeliverable.

Incorrect Address: ShoppingEast.com does not take responsibility if the delivery address provided by you is incorrect or outdated. If a package is returned to us because the address is incorrect or outdated we will consider the order status as closed, and no refund will be issued. Please carefully check that you have supplied a current and correct shipping address.

Address Format: If a package is returned to us because the address is incorrect or outdated we will consider the order status as closed, and no refund will be issued. Please make sure that you do not supply a Post Office Box address for your shipping address.

Refused by the Recipient: If you are sending a gift to someone and they refuse to accept the package because they think it is being sent to them in error, then the package will be returned to us as undeliverable. By informing your gift recipient that they should expect a package you will help us ensure that they receive your gift.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express with PayPal.
 
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged at the time of placing your order through our payment gateway. (An online real-time authorization is done through the Payment Gateway)
 
Can I change my Billing address?
In order for us to successfully process your credit card, you must provide the billing address, which is used for your credit card.

Will you share my information with others?
At ShoppingEast.com, we are committed to protecting your personal information with us. Your name, address, email address or personal information is not rented, loaned or shared with any third party without your consent. For more details, please do read our privacy policy.
 
Can I email my order?
No. We do not accept orders on email. You will have to place your order online following our online purchase method.
 
How can I modify my order?
You can modify your order at any time during the shopping process by editing / modifying your shopping cart. Once you confirm payment for the items in your shopping cart, the order is considered as final and cannot be modified.
 
Can I cancel my order before payment?
If you have not paid for your order, there is no need to contact us to cancel it. We receive hundreds of 'test' orders each day which our members are using to quote certain cart contents and save the invoice for later reference.

We ignore all orders until a matching payment is received. So if you haven't paid, don't worry, we're not processing your order.

You are under no obligation to follow through and pay for an order just because you checked out your cart online. If you want to do test orders to save certain invoices for later you are welcome to do this.

If your order is more than a week old please note you may not be able to "reactivate" it by sending payment, because the prices of the items may have changed as well as the shipping rates and the currency conversions. You may need to repeat the order with a new cart.

 
How can I withdraw an order after payment?
If you have placed an order and you HAVE PAID, and you want to CANCEL, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has entered the packing stage we may charge a restocking fee if you cancel the order for those items.
 
If you are uncertain about something on your order and you think you want to change it, please contact us and put the order on hold while you decide. This will stop the packing process so you still have a chance to make changes.

If the goods have already been delivered we cannot cancel or change the order.

If you want to cancel an order because you are ADDING further products, but not cancelling the previous items, that can usually be processed without any extra fees – and please contact us.

If the order is in an early processing stage you may be able to change your mind and cancel the total order, but our policy is that your order payment will be credited to your account to be used for your next order. If you would like a refund for any reason, please talk to us.
 
ShoppingEast.com reserves the right to decide cancellation of the order. (The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by ShoppingEast.com and accept ShoppingEast.com decision regarding the cancellation.).
 
 
 
Can I add a product to my order after I've already paid?
Can I remove or change products in my order when I've already paid?

Please always ask us first if you wish to make changes to an order you have already paid for. We might already have sent it out - there is a 24 hour delay between dispatch from China.

Unfortunately it is not that easy for us to tweak orders, because if you change the items in the order, that will also change the shipping costs, often quite significantly just for one or two items.

If you want to add an item to your order to combine them and save on shipping, we actually recommend you just cancel the first order and place a new one as follows:

1. Instruct us to cancel the first order. We will confirm the credit on your account by email. 2. Make a new order with the same items as before and add in the new item(s).
3. Check out that new order and note the total including shipping.
4. Using PayPal or Bank Transfer pay the difference, i.e. New Total minus Old Total On Credit. In the comments for the payment reference the previous order number and any credit authorizations notes we gave you (usually not necessary as we will know who you are.)

If you want to make changes, please let us know your instructions as soon as you can. If you email us asking about making changes we will hold the order until you have confirmed your instructions.
